He is survived by: his children, Angie Pyles and Richard Madison (Ethel); his grandchildren, Bianca Bays (Nick) and Malia Pyles (Eric); his great grandchildren, Colton Bays and Madelyn Bays; and his siblings, Helen Worthington and Franklin Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Butch's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
