She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Cosart and Onnie Cosart (Newman). She is survived by: her children, John Umbaugh (Glenda) and Judy Haines; her grandchildren, Melissa Madison (Josh), Trea Umbaugh, Carmen Umbaugh, Aaron Umbaugh, Drew Umbaugh (Mandy), Theresa Bareswilt, Kelly Crase (Shane) and Kristi Kronenberg (Patrick); her son Carl; and her siblings, Harold, Richard, Clyde, Ora Cosart and Edna Vermillion.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice.
