He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stevens and Esther "Dickie" Stevens (Hill); his brother Floyd Eugene Stevens; and his close friend Howard Thaxton. He is survived by: his wife Caroline "Joyce" Stevens; his sisters, Lora Stevens and Melody Babyak (Dave); his children, Trenna Cupps (Tracy), Shannon Spence (Jeff), Floyd Stevens and W. R. Andrew Stevens (Lauren); his grandchildren, Tessa Benedetti (Tony), Garret Drumm (Erin), Shawn Stevens, Andrea Stevens, Gavin Spence, Nicole Stevens and Harrison Stevens; and his friend Dave Roberts.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Barely Used Pets in Urbana, Ohio or Bridge Hospice Care Center.
