He is survived by: his children, Matthew Kemper (Vicki), Georgia, Michael Kemper (Monica) and Manny Kemper (Kimberly); his sisters, Janet Miller of Kerr and Fran Secoy of Kerr; and the mother of his children Barbara Kemper. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
