She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. Horst and Ella N. Horst (Nussbaum); and her brother-in-law Carl Rhodes. She is survived by: her sister Edna Rhodes of Lisbon; and her nieces and nephews, Vernon Rhodes (Lynette) of Lisbon, Dallas Rhodes (Karen) of Dalton, Marlene Sweigart (Steve) of Morgantown, PA, Joann Fisher (Merv) of Machias, NY, Twila Burkholder (Leland) of Bloomfield, NM, Karen Rudolph (Eugene) of Dalton, Glenda Zimmerman (Jeremy) of Ossineke, MI, Juanita Rhodes of Willard, OH and Denise Martin (Wesley) of Augusta, WI. She is also survived by 34 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Mennonite Church (770 Millborne Rd, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
