He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Amstutz and Doris Amstutz (Saurer); his wife Sandra S. Sprunger; and his brother Neil Amstutz. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Hall (Rodney) of Logan and Jill Hostetler (Andrew) of Dalton, Ohio; his granddaughters, Grace and Nora Hostetler; and his siblings, Jayne Shaw (Stan) and Alan Amstutz (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
