She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles R. Faler and Ferne A. Faler (Weaver); her husband Calvin Swagler; her daughters, Brenda Piatt (Gary) and Barbara Polen (Doug); her grandchildren, Mindy Tharp (Nate), Trent Piatt (Monica), Kyle Polen (Ashley), Jenna Jacobs (Ryan) and Brittany Buente (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Ali, Lincoln Tharp, Annabella, Audrey, Evelyn Piatt, Oliver Polen, Avery and Kayce Jacobs; and her brother Larry Faler (Shirley).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (8612 OH-39, Millersburg, OH 44654). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shriners Children's Hospital (Attn: Shriners Children's, Processing Center, PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394).
