He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Elmon "Brownie" and Mary Esther Congrove (Hobbs); his wife Beverly Ann Congrove (Donahue); his son Scott Steven Congrove; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Ann Congrove, Judy Congrove and Barbara Donahue.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer McCalla (Jeff) of Chillicothe and Dennis Congrove (Mary Jones) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Kyle McCalla (Amy) of Commercial Point, Bryce McCalla (Kaylee) of Grove City, Shay McCalla of Chillicothe, Kara Gray (Preston) of Chillicothe and Zac Congrove of Lumberton; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Lana, Sloan, Christopher, Blair McCalla and Beckett Gray; his brothers, Thomas N. Congrove of Circleville and James L. Congrove of Tazewell, Virginia; his brother-in-law Lowell Thomas Donahue of Clintonville; and his close friend Amber Stuart. He is also survived by family members and friends.
