He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maxwell and Patricia Maxwell (Hupp); and his siblings, Peggy Hays, Bob Maxwell and Chip Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Toni L. Maxwell (Davis); his daughter Samantha Ball (Jason); his grandchildren, Adelaide and Aiden Ball; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Hays, Cheri Maxwell, Joy Maxwell, Tami Rawlins (Tony) and Kim Davis (Mike Farkas).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the Salem-White Church Cemetery.
