She was predeceased by : her husband Ryland Cook; and her siblings, William Prescott, Donald Prescott, Billy Joe Prescott, Mary Madalyn Prescott Graham and Evelyn.

She is survived by : her son Donald David Cook (Sharon); her grandchildren, John Cook (Jade), Matt Cook (Ashley), Alyssa Cook and Mary Cook; her daughter Pamela Strayer (Terry); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Beckner (Jason) and Jeffery. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
