It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ellen Downing of Kingston, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Ellen Downing to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Green and Marjorie Green (Lemaster); her siblings, Teddy Green, Mary Moore and Bonny Davy; and her brother-in-law George "Whitey" Davy.

She is survived by : her children, Larry Downing II (Susan) of Circleville and Paula Maughn of Utah; her grandchildren, Charles Lloyd Downing and Maris Lane Downing; and her brother Gerald Ernie Green of Virginia.
