She was predeceased by: her mother Norma June Dial; her son Nate Mefferd; her stepfather Gene Weaver; her brother Dennis Dial; and her parents-in-law, Richard Mefferd and Margaret Mefferd.
She is survived by: her husband Dave; her sons, Bart (Molly) and Steve (Andrea); her grandchildren, Mallorie, Brayden, Braxton and Kendyl; her brother Kevin Singer (Cheri); her stepsisters, Elaine VanVorhiss (Rick) and Deb Meinberg (Jack); and her friend Matt Speegle (Lori).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
