He is survived by: his wife Jannifer Thacker (Brammer); his daughter Elizabeth Gearhart (Jeremy) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Hunter Hempstead and Samantha Gearhart; his sister-in-law Lorna Thacker; and his niece Shari Taynor. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
