He is survived by : his parents, William Acker and Cynthia Acker (Ray); his girlfriend Misty Nelson; his daughter Josie Breanna Acker (Kolt McGrath); his grandchild Jamiton Stone McGrath; his grandmother Dollie Alice Acker; his brothers, Charles Jason (Brooke) and Billy Acker (Kayla); his aunts, Carol Clarkson and Nancy Jirles; his cousin Patty Jirles; and his nieces and nephews, Jaysa Clary (Adam), Jayden, Kylie, Noah, Max and Chloe Acker. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
