She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis E. Handley and Doris Elizabeth Handley (Wills); and her sister Laurel A. Handley. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas Handley (Daisy) of Kingston, Linda J. Ison (Joseph) of Kingston, Timothy A. Handley of Kingston and Peggy L. Neff (Scott) of Chillicothe; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Handley (Ashley), Megan Baire (Chad), Emily Garner (James), Abigail Spangler (Larry), Joshua Neff (Beth) and Paige Hoffman (Austin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylie, Reagan, Rowyn Handley, Theo, Celia Baire, Luke Garner, Lily Spangler, Allison, Alayna and Oliver Neff. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
