Muck; her siblings, Nicholas, Joseph, Memory Colby of Kingsville and Kathie Spore of Conneaut; her nieces and nephews, A. J. Colby, Pete Colby, Nichole David, Nicholas Colby, Joey Colby, Alex Colby, Ethan Colby, Anthony Colby and Jason Spore; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Carlina, Zack, Kayla, Colby, Camille, Abby, Hope, Dominick, Josephine and Leo.

Contributions in Mary Jo's memory may be made to the Ashtabula County APL or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
