He is survived by: his wife Sharon Osburn (Mosier); his children, Shelly Jaffee (Seth) of Kingsville and Mark Osburn of Kingsville; his grandchildren, Joshua Miller of Kingsville and Chelsey Miller (Leo Talikka) of Jefferson; and his brothers, Harry Osburn (Verna) of Kelloggsville and Dennis Osburn (Loretta) of Florida.
