She is survived by: her children, James Kotanchek (Patty) of DeSoto, TX, Peter Kotanchek of Kinsman, OH, Paul Kotanchek (Stacey Smith) of Kinsman, OH and Janet Zuga (Bill) of Farmdale, OH; her grandchildren, Peter Michael Kotanchek (Kendra), Kelly Kotanchek, Alan Kotanchek (Amy), Amy Sutton (Jerad), Lori Schiavone (Chris), Zackery Zuga (Kenley) and Erika Zuga; and her daughters-in-law, Bonnie Kotanchek and Wanda Kotanchek. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
