She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen F. Panak and Mary P. Panak (Kitko); and her son Mark A. Flannery. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Flannery; her sons, Matthew Flannery (Persefoni) and Kenneth J. Flannery; her daughter-in-law Nancy Flannery; her grandchildren, Stephen Flannery, Daniel Flannery (Racheal) and Lisa Flannery (William); her great grandchildren, Trey, Soraya, Hunter, Holden, Maddison, Logan, Lilith, Luke, Hope, Marcus and Julius; and her siblings, Frank, Rosalie, Patricia, Nancy and Irene. She is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Souls Cemetery (3823 Hoagland Blackstub Rd, Cortland, OH 44410).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in Helen's name.
