She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Pappy" Cook; her parents, Elizabeth L Sifton and Michael Andrews; her daughters, Catherine Miller and Charlene Martin; and her great grandchild J. J. Pigg.
She is survived by: her son Charles Cook (Catherine) of Kinsman, OH; her grandchildren, Tristy Pigg (John) and Dwayne Nye (Robin); her great grandchild Jeffrey; and her grandchildren, Jason, Charlie, Pete, Autumn and Helen. She is also survived by six great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
