We announce the death of Robert Thorn of Kinsman, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2026, at the age of 90. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thorn and Virginia Thorn (Keener); his wife Yvonne Kellar; and his siblings, Donald "Bud" Thorn, Howard Thorn and Delores "Thorn" Dennison.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Thorn (Jackie) of Brownsville, Michael Thorn (Marlene) of Burghill and David Thorn (Josh) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; his grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Ben, Jordan, Jillian and Jeremy; his stepgranddaughter Amanda; and his siblings, George Thorn of Bristolville, Thomas Thorn of Tunnelton, John Thorn of Kingwood and Catherine Castle of Kingwood. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service - Main St (8569 Main St, Kinsman, OH 44428).
