She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jane (Morgan) and Fredrick Samuel Stebbins; her son Fredrick Walter Riggs; her stepsons, Andrew Gale Riggs and Bernard Gale Riggs, III; and her siblings, Nancy Oliver, Beverly Giancola and Samuel Stebbins.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Gale Riggs, Jr.; her children, David Roger Riggs (Christine) of Brookfield, Ohio, Darlene Glee Bloom (Charles) of Gustavus and Kathlene Gay Grable (William) of Greene, Ohio; and her stepson Garry W. Riggs of Salem, Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
