She is survived by: her mother Janette Dodd (Roy); her close friend Curtis Lenyo; her children, Jason Bolyard (Jennifer), Kenneth Bolyard (Lindsey) of South Charleston, OH and Kathleen Bolyard of Farmdale, OH; her brother Kenneth J. Dodd; and her granddaughter Evelyn Lenee Bolyard.
