He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Yakunovich and Mary Yakunovich (Sidwa); and his siblings, Irene Tokas, Helen Harr, Joe, George and Steve Yakunovich.
He is survived by: his wife Iva Yakunovich (Jones); his children, Diane Yakunovich, Darren Yakunovich (Anne) and William Yakunovich (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jordan, Garrett, Jesse and Kate; and his brother Peter Yakunovich. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
