She was predeceased by: her parents, George Grilley and Jeanne Grilley (Evans); her stepmother Kiku Grilley (Kamimura); her sons, Eric Byron and Scott Byron; her grandson Steven Samuel Byron-Butler; and her siblings, Alan Grilley, James Grilley, Neal Grilley and Debbie Miller (Grilley).
She is survived by: her husband Steven Byron; her children, Michelle Byron-Butler (Sam), Cindi Byron-Dixon (Joe), Luke Ehler and Amy Ehler Storey (Graeme); her grandchildren, Joella (Luis), Cannon, Jeriel and Kyle; and her sisters, Regina Franklin and Carla Gum of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
