He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Frey and Jocele Frey (Clarridge). He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Frey and Joseph Frey; and his siblings, Rodger Spath, Jake Spath, Rhonda VanNess (Tad), Alexandria, Andrea Thiel (Tim), Sue Vent (Christopher), Tracy Frey (Teresa) and Kirby.
