He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Lodge and Grace Lodge (Swartz); his former wife Barbara C. Thom; his wife Geraldine Walter; and his siblings, Wayne, Vernon and Ida Mae.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Lodge (Carrie) of Mt. Gilead and Anthony "Tony" Lodge (Berlie) of Tucson, AZ.; his stepchildren, Dennis Lodge of Kirby, Kevin Lodge (Amanda) of Kenton and Michelle Brumbugh (Margaret); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Keegan, Grace and Catelyn; his great grandchild Ellie Howe; and his sister Romaine Lodge.
