He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Amspaugh and Emma Jean Lloyd (Pendleton); and his stepfather Wally Lloyd. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Amspaugh (Johnson); his daughter Krista (Roger Sprankle) of Hebron; his grandson Dominic Sprankle; and his siblings, Gail Amspaugh of Bradenton, Florida, Sandi Lloyd of Bradenton and Tina Fox of Palmetto, Florida.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
