With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald Jenkins of Kitts Hill, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shafter W. Jenkins and Velvia Jenkins (Belcher); his wife Jean Ann Jenkins (Johnson); his daughter Tamara Smurr; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Tasker.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Jenkins of Kitts Hill and Lu-Ann Jenkins; the parent of his child Gail Culp (O'Neil) of Gahanna, Ohio.; his cousin Jane Morris (Jenkins) of Ironton, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Smurr and Abby Girtain (Mike) of Gahanna. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
