She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Skaggs and Alcestis Walls; and her stepfather Hermon Walls. She is survived by: her husband Charles Klaiber; her children, Suzanne Mulkey (Bryan) and James Klaiber (Beth); her brother Virgal Skaggs (Sharon); her grandchildren, Leslie Mulkey, Aaron Mulkey (Myranda) and Joshua Mulkey (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Ella Mulkey, Augustus Mulkey and Elijah Mulkey; and her mother-in-law Betty "Knipp" Klaiber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her church family.
