She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ellis Jr. and Ida Mae Wilson (Cochran); her son Travis Starr; her grandson Matthew Dodson; and her siblings, Terry Wilson, Tony Wilson and Gary Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Starr of Kitts Hill, OH.; her children, Chrissy Dodson of Freemont, OH, Richard Channing (Gail) of Clyde, OH, Ellie Woessner (Kevin) of Clyde, OH, Billy Ray Starr of Castalia, OH, Loretta Starr of Bellevue, OH, Wade Curtis Starr of Carrothers, OH, Cody Lynn Starr (BJ) of Louisa, KY and Danielle Starr of Painstville, KY; and her sisters, Sharon Hazlett, Linda Jurovcik, Jeannie Firestone, Donna Ellis, Susie Piper, Debbie Wilson, Paula Wilson and Mary Bagley. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
