He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Columber and Helen Columber (Temple); his siblings, Nancy Higginbotham, Robert Columber and Vernon Columber; and his brother-in-law Ray Higginbotham.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Columber of LaRue; his daughters, Melanie Hinkle (Gary) of Lyons and Kristin Holcomb (Richard Jr) of LaRue; his grandchildren, Amber Chartier (Michael Woodruff), Tyler Wyse (Chelsea), Trevor William Wyse, Ashley Ford (Dustin), Meisha Adlington (Tony), Kyleigh Frazier (Bryant), Kyndell Vansky (Tim Rick), Ryne Vansky, Kaysi Stofcheck (Hayden) and Alex Holcomb (Whitley); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Logan Chartier, Desmond, Griffin, Juliana, Olivia Wyse, Grayson, Willson, Aubree, Bennett Ford, Brooklynn, Graham Adlington, Kymber, Piper, Sawyer, Blaire Frazier, Karlee, Karson Price, Addilynn Rick, Linkoln Vansky, Zara Holcomb and Baby Stofcheck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
