Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Arthur leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Price and Jayne Price. He is survived by: his sister Barbara DeNoble (Jim) of St. Clairsville; and his nephews, Rich DeNoble (Lisa), Jimmy DeNoble (Julie) of St. Clairsville and Rob DeNoble (Rachel) of Fayetteville, NY. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
