He is survived by: his children, Chester "Ted" Phillabaum Jr., Candice Mullen (Tim), Ann Angle and William "Bill" Phillabaum; his grandchildren, David (Katie), Colt Phillabaum (Kayla), Fred L. Bisel, Timothy "Ryan" Mullen (Alycia), Cliff Myers, Brooke Myers Crawford (Lance) and Zachary Myers; and the mother of his children Louise Phillabaum. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
