He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bantum and Geraldine Bantum (Howard); his wife Carole Jean Bantum (Snyder); his brother Lloyd Bantum; and his son Mark Massaro.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Diehl of Moon Twp, PA, Linda Hampton (Mark) of Warsaw and Karen Liu of Newton, MA; his grandchildren, Matthew Diehl, Sydney Goode (Robert), Matthew Massaro (Karime), Marie Schwartz, Nicholas Hampton, Mark Liu and John Liu; his great grandchildren, Camila, Isabella Massaro and Riley Schwartz; his nephews, Matt Bantum (Charlotte) and Brett Bantum (Melissa); his niece Misty Friel (Todd); his daughter-in-law Joyce Massaro; and his sister-in-law Sandra Bantum.
