With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eugene F. Resar of Lagrange, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Resar and Gladys Resar. He is survived by: his significant other Rosealie; his children, Annette McMullen (Ron Prescott), Kim Shullick (Patrick) and Bud Resar; his grandchildren, Danielle, Chad, Dakota, Brandon, Tyler, Ashley, Kayla and Madison; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jaxon, Cora, Noah, Braison, Paisley, Casten, Baylor and Braxton; and his siblings, Sandy Handley, Bill, Tom (Susan) and Ron Resar (Mary).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service (323 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (320 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035).
