He is survived by : his wife Judy; his sons, Samuel Page (Bailey) of Grafton and Zakery Page (Laydin) of LaGrange; and his siblings, Annette Gilgenbach (Michael) of Grafton, Danielle Rehm (Scott) of Hilliard, OH and Donald Page, Jr. (Karol) of Grafton.
