She was predeceased by: her parents, Hager Prater and Laura Ratliff Prater; her husband Ballard Hicks; her son Steven Hicks; and her brothers, Rueben Prater and Robert Prater.
She is survived by: her sons, Fred Hicks (Karen) of Chippewa Lake and Gary Hicks (Dianne) of St. Petersburg, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Leta Turnbaugh (Doug) of Medina, Matt Hicks (BryAnna) of Wellington and Caleb Hicks of St. Petersburg, Florida.. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
The family respectfully suggests that memorial contributions be made in Jackie's memory to Miracle City Hospice of Broadview Heights, Ohio, or to the LaGrange Fire Department.
