He is survived by: his children, Heather Ballard, Torey Kolesar (Jim) of Strongsville, Ronny Ballard of North Olmsted, Ryan Ballard, Jimmy Navolanic of North Ridgeville and Justin Navolanic (Maribeth) of Olmsted Falls; his grandchildren, Penny, Grant and Vera; his siblings, Vikki Kay (Todd) of Olmsted Falls, Patty Batke of Medina, Don Ballard of LaGrange, Jeff Ballard and Ronald Ballard of North Olmsted; his stepmother Sherry Ballard of North Ridgeville; and his former wife Jane Palumbo (Lenny) of North Olmsted.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
