With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Gallagher of Lagrange, Ohio, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Gallagher and John E. Gallagher; and his brother Patrick Gallagher (Merrilee). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Erin Grady (Kevin), Mary Gallagher (Jen Cunningham) and Katie Gallagher (William Fadely); his grandchildren, Brigid, Conor, Teagan and Kara; and his sisters, Maureen Carleton (Gary) and Joan Patterson (John).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, , 708 Erie St., Grafton, OH 44044.
