She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Jr.; her son David Jaymes; her parents, Thurman Tanner and Eleanor Johnson; and her sisters, Patsy Rhome and Stephanie Lemon.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria J. Holmes (John) of Lexington, OH, Constance J. Weichman (Steve) of Lexington, OH., Jay Daniel (Shelley) of LaGrange and Jaymes Allen (Erin) of Trinity, FL.; and her sisters, Thurma Jean and Hope. She is also survived by ten grand children five great grandchildren.
