He is survived by: his father Robert Burkholder; his siblings, Ryan Burkholder (Rachel) of Wapakoneta, OH and Lyndsay Ruark (Zak) of Anna, OH; his grandmother Betty Burkholder of Lakeview; and his pet Kiowa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
