She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Castello (Jacqlyn) of Belle Center, OH, Jessica Castello of Columbus, OH, Chris Collingsworth of Lakeview and Lindsay Collingsworth; her grandchildren, Addison, Calin, Mikayla Hodge, Jaidon Gillie, Khael Collingsworth, Brinley Tilton and Fynleigh Richardson; her siblings, Liz Buscher of Lewistown, OH and Eric Youngpeters (Sandy) of Wapakoneta, OH.; Jerry Youngpeters of Lakeview.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Charlene's memory to Logan County Cancer Society, c/o Mary Rutan Hospital.
