He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Patton and Lelae Mae Patton (Marshall); his siblings, Malcolm Patton and Lorena Lynch; and his son-in-law Danny Bower.
He is survived by: his wife Arline F. LeMay; his children, Douglas Patton (Lorie) of Richwood, Penny Bower of Minot, ND and Brenda Chiffons (Ed) of Alger; and his brother Lowell Patton of Alger.
