He is survived by: his children, Brian "Boone" Neeley (Beth) of Bellefontaine, OH, Susy Neeley of Russells Point, OH, Eric Neeley (Tiouna) of Belle Center, OH, Jason Taylor (Katie) of Huntsville, OH and Terri Neeley (Trey Ramirez) of Russells Point; his grandchildren, Shelby Lampley, Samantha Neeley, Dallas Warman, Triston Finch, Austin Neeley, Alyssa Metz (Tyler), Aden Neeley (Isabelle), Gavin Neeley, Gabrielle Vance (Hunter), Gracie Taylor, Gillian Taylor, Kason Taylor, Tyler Ramirez (Mattie) and Tyson Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Sheldon, Elliot, Jaksyn, Brett, Liam, Maddix and Maria; and his sisters, Maxine Hackworth of Piqua, OH and Patty Lhamon of Wapakoneta, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
