He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Ella Seeley (Spencer); and his brothers, Michael and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jo Renick; his father Lloyd Melvin Seeley; his brother Melvin Seeley (Nancy); his sibling's children, Gary Seeley (Lisa) and Ellen Powell (Randy); his siblings-in-law, Gary and Jerilyn Budd; his close friends, Steve, Becky Zorn, Charlie, Rhonda Shively, Gary and Jonna Frankart; his great-niece Amanda Daft (Beau); his close friend Ethan Zorn (Cassie); and also, Paxton Marvin and Alden Stephen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory (5591 US-68, West Liberty, OH 43357).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
