Finnegan of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Mendon, Ohio, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Creighton Zeigler and Ada Margaret Nichols Zeigler; her husband Arthur Finnegan; her siblings, Jo Louise Moser (Robert), Thomas Zeigler, Phyllis Gamble (Wayne), James Zeigler and David Zeigler; and her brother-in-law Harold Welker.
She is survived by : her children, Suzan Carol Finnegan Stephens of Lakeview, Joyce Ann Hardin (Michael) of St. Marys, OH and Michael Lee Finnegan (Cheryl) of Barberton, OH; her grandchildren, Jesse Hardin, Jared Finnegan (Molly), Seth Finnegan (Becky), Cody Finnegan (Erica) and Adam Finnegan (Jill); her great grandchildren, Sarah Hardin, Jacob Hardin, Hannah Finnegan, Isaac Finnegan, LilyAnn Finnegan, James Finnegan, Eli Finnegan, Calahan Finnegan, Eva Finnegan, Ashton Finnegan, Sebastian Finnegan and Berlin Finnegan; her siblings, Carol Welker of Troy, Paul Zeigler (Polly) of Columbus, OH and William Zeigler (Gloria) of Celina, OH; and her sister-in-law Nancy Zeigler of Troy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
