It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nolan J Purk of Lakeview, Ohio, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Jason A. Purk; his uncle Andy Sparks; and his grandfather Lenny (Richard Johnson). He is survived by : his mother Billi Y. Purk; his stepfather Joe Shadrach; his siblings, Reagan Purk, Skylar Purk and Samual Purk; his grandparents, Robin Sparks (James Schaeffer) of Dayton, William Coehick of St. Marys, OH and Katherine Brock (Jerry) of Houston, OH; his great-grandparent Wanda Johnson; his stepgrandparents, Bob Shadrach (Stacey) of Elgin, OH and Tammy Inabient (Bucky) of Charleston, SC; and his aunts and uncles, Gabrielle Sparks of Dayton, Jessica Mangen (Tim) of Houston, Dustin Sparks of Louisville, KY, Mindy Schaeffer of Dayton, Taylor Hamilton of Charleston, SC and Josh Shadrach (Mindy) of St. Marys. He is also survived by several great aunts and great uncles.
