It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley A Darcy of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Hinkson and Elma Ernestine Fraley Shotts (Tom); her former life partner Gerald Dean Neeley; her spouse Francis Darcy; her sons, Jeff Neeley and Scott Neeley; and her brother David Shotts.

She is survived by : her children, Bobbie Jo Neeley-Anderson of Lakeview, Rose Ann Neeley of Lakeview and Tommy Lee Neeley of Lewistown, OH; and her sister Sharon Kay Oates (Marilyn Sue Plikerd) of Lakeview. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two sisters.

Memorial contributions may be given in Shirley's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
