He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Church Downs and Jim Downs. He is survived by: his children, Coleman Downs (Amanda) of Huntsville, OH and Carly Downs (William White) of Urbana, OH; his grandson Elliott White; the mother of his children Penny Downs; and his siblings, April Bowersox of Defiance, Cary Downs (Daphane) of California and Brad Downs (Dawn) of Huntington, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
